Pat Reddy says to me, “Just eat what you’re suppose to. It’s easy.”
Why does everyone say that? If it was easy, I’d do it. If it was easy, I wouldn’t have a lap band. If it was easy, I’d be a master as I always go for easy. Don’t we all go for easy?
Brenda gave me two new books with every food in it and how I should eat foods within certain ranges. The most important remains the protein. I need to get 60-70 grams a day. Brenda is to keep 30 or less carbs for the 3 main meals and 15 or less for the snacks. We are suppose to eat 6 times a day and drink tons of water of course.
It’s simple if you write every thing down and monitor every morsel of food that goes in and drop of water that slides down. ugh.
So simple. Just be Nike – just do it.
